  This was the first year we were able to get away from Michigan to spend a whole month in NSB. It was a great experience & I am looking forward to doing it again in 2023. Unit #312 had beautiful new floors & the shower/bathtub tiling were also new & clean.
  The vertical blinds didn't work in master bedroom or living room area. They had duct tape as a poor attempt to fix them. The bed and/or the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible especially with 2 people in the bed. It appears the owners of #312 are updating it & we did appreciate that. We are currently unable to secure a unit @ Seacoast for March of 2023 due to an office mix-up. We love it here & hope something will open up so we can stay again @ these beautiful beachside condominiums.

  The complex is located in a great location on the no drive beach in New Smyrna. The unit we stayed in was clean but needed a little updating.
