There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room on leather couches. And a wall mounted flat screen television in the living room for you to enjoy your favorite movie on the couch. From here there are sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

Right next to the living room is the dining table and kitchen with a large pass-through window and bar stools. Granite counter tops, give that sparkling effect to the entire kitchen. There is plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for you to use, all you need is groceries!

The second bedroom is very inviting with a nautical theme with a bunk bed has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The second bathroom is bright and cheery. There is a shower/tub combination and vanity in the second bathroom.

This Unit is fully equipped. It has Wi-fi, x-box 360 with games, videos, games as well as beach chairs, sand toys, linens, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies.

Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1971 and accommodates 90 individual units. The complex offers 1 and 2 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condos. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffle board by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees. Sea Coast is perfect for families and is a great getaway for your next vacation!

New Smyrna Beach is an 'Old' Florida type town: laid back; plenty of casual dining with great seafood restaurants. Canaveral National Seashore is a short drive down the road. Here you can put in your boat for world renowned flats fishing- snook, trout, and reds in Mosquito Lagoon.   This is our 4th year staying @ Seacoast. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach & the well-maintained pool. Jane in the office has been very helpful with our reservations & the maintenance man (sorry I forget his name) seems very efficient and cares about his job. Terry & her team did an excellent job keeping the unit clean & addressing any questions. Unit #212 was a very nice unit & was perfect for our family. The seating & dining area is very comfortable for 6 people. The majority of the month it was just me there but when my family came it was nice to fit everyone comfortably. The master bedroom bed was perfect which I especially appreciate as I have a back that acts up on occasion. We loved having the beach chairs, beach towels & boogie boards available. It sure is nice not to have to bring everything from home.
  A couple things do need addressed:
  The refrigerator ice maker is leaking & the pots/pans need updated.
  We have requested to stay here again next year & hope we will be considered.

  We stayed at seacoast for one month. The condo was very nice, clean and convenient. Staff and other residents very nice and helpful. We did have a power outage which was not the fault of the complex. The elevator was not working on our side of the complex most of our stay, but it didn't bother us much since we were on the second floor. Pool area and beach was very nice. You can see rocket launches from the beach area. While our stay was great, we may not be able to return, since the group that operates the condos have decided to raise the rates a good deal. After speaking to many long time visitors of seacoast gardens, many said they will most likely not return for just that reason. All in all a great time, and I would recommend it if the price is good for you.

  My husband, me and out 3 kids stayed for a week in this great condo. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The staff was very helpful. Aside from the elevator having off and on issues (which wasn't a big deal only being on the 2nd floor) we had no problems what so ever all week. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.
