Our Sea Coast Condominium oceanfront complex directly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy sunrises and the moon in all its splendor rising over the water. Watch Dolphins jump in the surf from your own private balcony. Collect seashells along the safe 'non-driving' shoreline. Soak in the sun on the clean, white sand beach.

Whatever your pleasure, this impressive 5-star review condo has something for everyone. Families will enjoy the great pool deck area with a large swimming pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. You can walk for miles on an uncrowded beach.

Sea Coast is within walking distance (across the street) of the grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, and beach shops and is a short drive to protected parks, such as the Canaveral Seashore Park with historic Dora House, Manatee Park, and historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Enjoy many Waterfront Loop activities, including historic Canal Street & Flagler Avenue, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, and nightspots.

New Smyrna Beach is only an hour away from Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, and is just 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Daytona Beach, and NASCAR.

  I had an amazing stay at Sea Coast #205. The owners generously provided every amenity, from household supplies to beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler, and beach toys. This Airbnb stood out from the others I've stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, had great AC, and comfortable beds. The property is beautiful, and the condo is just a few steps from the gorgeous white sand beach and ocean. I especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony while having my morning coffee. I will be returning to this one!

  This was our first time to New Smyrna beach and it did not disappoint! This condo was clean, comfortable and fully loaded! We travelled with 3 kids and it was made easy with all the extras that were included in the condo. Cooking supplies, books, games, beach toys, beach chairs and more! The owner really knows how to host. The condo has a great partial view of the ocean for a morning coffee and patio furniture to enjoy a meal outside. Pool area was always clean. We had family in another condo in this building and it did not even compare! We will be booking another stay!

  This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. When we arrived the owners had stocked the refrigerator with bottled water, an assortment of soft drinks and even a bottle of wine! The cupboards were stocked with Kuerig pods, cream, sugar and all the spices you could want.

  This unit was so nice and clean. Well appointed and just the right size for our family of four. The property is well maintained and has a 1970's vibe. My only complaint was having to wear wristbands and continually being asked to show them by security guards. All in all this is a family friendly property in a beautiful setting.   The condo is well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of love into it.
  We love the little desk in the kitchen for our laptop.
  My only suggestions would be to replace the melamine ware dishes (plates & bowls) to something that could go in the microwave. And the oven door needs some adjusting so that it closes tightly. When the oven is on, the kitchen gets very hot.

  One of our favorite vacation rentals! This was our second year in this unit. The condos are all oceanview in a horseshoe shape around the pool. Family friendly atmosphere. Many renters return year after year and have become friends. A market and restaurants and ice cream are conveniently located directly across the street. The managers are friendly and helpful. Located on the no-drive portion of the beach makes it a safe place to enjoy the beach. The unit was clean and accurate according to the pictures on the website.
