    Our 3 months at SeaCoast was another good experience. Office and Maintenance personnel were helpful to us whenever we asked for support. Our unit has some shortcomings that the owner is well aware of, and it is why there will be a major remodel done this year. My hope that once the work is done, we will be given the first choice to rent it again, either in 2024 or 2025.

    The unit was clean and ready when we arrived, and check-in went quickly. The grounds crew had done their best to fix issues caused by the hurricane. I was disappointed to learn that Unit 106 may be under remodeling and not available for 2024. If it is available next January we’d like to rent it again for 3+ months

    Three month stay. The space was clean and in okay condition. I wish the twin beds were wider with more comfortable mattresses. l also wish the commode in the older bathroom was the same as the one in master bedroom (higher).

    Clean with above average furniture and kitchen. Beds in second BR are small. Renter purchased a larger single bed mattress that we want to leave for others. Found a small mound issue in the master bathroom shower. Generally nice features. Responsive Owner.

    Pleasantly surprised that patio blinds and outdoor furniture were replaced, and new dishwasher. Thank you Owner! A suggestion that hardwood floor would benefit from a resurfacing around the patio door entry. We are careful about cleaning off sand, but the finish is worn. Maybe a new cost of floor protection?
    The second bedroom has two youth beds. Maybe one could be an adult single bed. My visitors are in their 30s.

    The unit was clean and sanitized. We also feel it is better maintained than others we rented previous years. I purchased a mattress pad to make the beds more comfortable, but overall quite a nice living space. I also did minor repairs in the guest bathroom.

    The unit was clean and in good condition. The appliances worked well. Bathroom commodes clogged a few times which l opened using a plunger. Beds ok but need mattress pads. Manager at SeaCoast and assistant were gracious and helpful

    THEY DID NOT HEAT THE POOL!!!
    THEREFOR NON OF THE REGULARS USED IT!
    Not the managements fault. It was a BOARD decision to
    save money. They shouldn't advertise a heated pool if they won't heat it.

    We have an excellent unit and are very happy with everything. A heated pool would be a nice touch. It is set at 80 BUT is it turned on??? WiFi is a little so so but better lately.

    I handed in a comment sheet before we left.
    However: We thanked them for a lovely holiday and said the staff are very helpful. We miss Kenny who fixed a lot of things for us. The weather was perfect.
    The condo needs: a box spring on the bed----it is just a mattress on slats. Also 1 more dining chair for times we had dinner guests.
    Overall we were very pleased.
