    We arrived after peak season, so we basically had the pool and beach to ourselves. The staff were always friendly with smiles and made our stay very pleasant.

    New Smyrna Beach is a great place to visit - not crowded, good restaurants. Sea Coast 318 is good but not great. The tv in 2nd bedroom did not work. The twin beds are on wheels which makes a good sleep difficult to achieve. You have to search for bath cloths. The dishes are on a lower shelf. Sofa with so many pillows is uncomfortable to sit on. On-suite bathroom had no tp holder. Overall cleanliness not great - hair on bathroom door stop, floors in bedrooms felt gritty, kitchen closet and cabinet needs attention. Code to gate was difficult and changed so we had to go to office to get new code. Much ado is made of wrist bands, parking tags with big "threats" for not returning. Our definition of "ocean front" not the same as this condo - small balcony to view ocean. These are little things - condo served our purpose but not the best that it could be.

      Thanks for the feedback The issues you have raised are concerning and have been addressed with the responsible parties.. Parking and identification rules are important to preserve the security of the property, but I apologise if you felt they were too intrusive.

    Really enjoyed staying in this end view. It is well supplied with pots and pans and kitchen items. Furniture in living area could be updated as it has wear and tear. We enjoyed our months stay there

    The weather was great, we enjoyed the stay very much, the only thing was that the condo could have been cleaned a little better, there were candy wrappers underneath the bed and crumbs along with sand under the couch and chair cushions.

    The rental was good. A few new additions were made to unit to help freshen it up. That was appreciated. This is my 8th year this same unit. I would like to see a slip cover put on the couch because the couch has a soiled look. When the sofa bed is used the slip cover can be easily removed. I would also like to see a rug placed in front of stove to prevent falls occurring on wet tile. Also, the sink in master bath should be unplugged. It drains slowly. but love the unit and its location.

    Retreat was amazing, views unbeatable, but this particular unit could use some love. It needs an extreme makeover, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo, so it did not effect our enjoyment of the planned retreat.

    Great location, homie feel, comfortable beds, end unit on the beach. My biggest concern was that the AC did not cool the entire condo the same way. The bedroom and bath areas were cool but the living area was always warm especially over the couch. The dining area is bearable because there is a fan over the table. It feels like the AC UNIT is either old or not adequate for the space. I also noticed that the couch in living area is kind of dingy. It is a cloth couch. Other than that I love the place and would still go back.
