  Our family rented five condos for the week of 6/10/23. I stayed in Unit 301 which was clean and nicely decorated. The living and dining rooms were very comfortable. The only negative was the bathrooms - they need updating. The toilets are old and too low to the ground. The bathroom used by daughter in spare bedroom had a ceiling fan that sounded like an airplane taking off - definitely needs replacing. Need some kind of shelving in the bathrooms to put toiletries on.
  We used the clubhouse for a family catered dinner and it was great! Donna went out of her way to help us set up this room. She was professional, kind and extremely helpful.
  In my opinion, WAY TOO MUCH emphasis placed on the parking situation. We never had a problem getting a visitor spot for our second car but felt like the gestapo was showing up at night to see where we parked.

  Excellent views of the ocean from balcony and living/dining room! Secong time staying in this unit, it has everything you need plus some unexpected comforts as well. We definitely put the blender to use making cocktails and the crockpot was a nice surprise. Perfect for throwing a meal together and having it be ready after a day on the beach.   Over all very satisfied as have been on previous years. Only complaint pertains to TV operation in unit 301. Numerous occasions of screen freezing or inability to turn on TV. Sometime corrected by changing battery which would correct problem for a short time, called manufacteror for trouble shooting which resulted in suggetion that I replace the remote control.I bought new batteries and they worked for a while but the problem remained. Fortunately I am not an avid TV watcher, but the experience was annoying. The condo management was no help only recomending that I contact the manufacurer. Other than that the unit was above average

  Had a wonderful week at the beach. We basically had the beach and pool to ourselves (usually visit for a week in May and/or September). Love condo #301. Great furniture inside and on the balcony. The view is beautiful from the condo balcony. I have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 35 years and have stayed at this complex every time (excluding COVID, hurricane and closure for renovation). The only drawback is that there is no ramp to the beach - you have to maneuver down/up 7-8 steps with your beach gear. Complex has a new manager and assistant manager - both were excellent in making our stay enjoyable.

  I have been to Sea Coast several years in the past, so if it wasn't a good place to vacation. I wouldn't be returning. The staff, enough though, it has changed several times, are by far the best. Always goes above and beyond to address my questions. The condo was very clean and the kitchen wasn't lacking.
  However, the elevator not working on the north side has been this way for several years that I have visited. It either was stopping and starting or wasn't working at all, like this year. Occasional maintenance is something you can't avoid. So the electricity going out for a couple of hours or the water being turned off for one morning was just inconvenient. It didn't ruin my vacation, just something that happened.
  The reason I am not recommending this to a friend, I don't want everyone to know about it, and I can't get a condo to vacation at.Hahahaha!!

  We have stayed at sea coast condos before, we knew which condo we wanted and we needed a month away for rest and relaxation after an unusually difficult season of work at home, up north. It was all that! Clean, gorgeous view, and comfortable interior. The management was there to answer any questions and always timely getting back to us if need be. The beaches of NSB are by far the best of anywhere else we've been.

  This corner unit is on the beach, with great views from the dining room, part of the living, and the balcony. Lots of families were here, and it was fairly quiet. Staff was helpful, and the pool area was great. If I'm in the area again, I would stay there again.

  Unit 301 had an open concept. It slept 6 very well and I would say it could sleep 7. Their were two couches in the living area with recliners at the end of each. The view was fantastic. You could hear the ocean at night. Beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean and the pool. Laundry on each floor. Never had to wait. Love this place!

  We love staying in Unit 301. This was our third year renting this unit. It is the best furnished unit we have found - especially the kitchen. Furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware, patio furniture is good and the views are fantastic - whether from dining area or balcony. We only had a few issues this visit. First, the toilet in the master bathroom seems especially low to floor. Second, would be nice to have a couple of really sharp knives in kitchen. Third, would be nice to have some type of hand hold in master shower. Our wish list would be for the complex to replace one set of beach steps with a ramp to beach for ease of getting beach gear to beach.

    Pam we are glad you enjoyed your stay. i will pass on the wish list to the owners for you. as for the ramps instead of stairs. we looked into this in 2017 when a storm took them from us and due to city code we could only put stairs back. Maybe when they change the Code we will put a ramp in.
