  We enjoyed our trip to New Smyrna and this beautiful condo at Sea Coast. Perfect location on the no drive beach. Wonderful sunrises and a great place to walk the beach. The condo was very clean with lots of amenities and special touches. The owners have taken good care of this condo. All photos and descriptions are accurate about this gem.

  We had an amazing time at Sea Coast! The property was great and the pool was amazing. Our rental had everything that we needed for a trip to the beach and we had an incredible view from our unit. Beach access was convenient and we would definitely rent here again!

  Our condo was beautiful. Decorated with pictures on the walls, a great library of books and movies. The unit was very clean with nice furniture. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will want to come back here.We love the area and the staff were very helpful.

  Condo was absolutely WONDERFUL! Plenty of room for 5 people. Clean, organized, lots of helpful things around-i.e. beach toys, books, games, movies, kitchen supplies, first aid things, bug spray, etc. The location really could not be better. Lots of things to do in the area. The condo is right on the beach, Have been visiting Seacoast condo for many many years, this is by far our favorite one! View and location are great! Definitely hoping to return!

  This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Sea Coast Condos, as well as Condo 101. Our family loved that we were very close to the pool and beach. Being that we are a family with little kids, having the condo on the first floor helped with "potty breaks". Condo 101 has all the amenities you could ask for and more(washer/dryer,beach toys,kitchen supplies etc). Sea Coast is close to amazing restaurants (our favorite is JB's Fish Camp). Our family loves the condo and NSB. We may just be back for our 3rd year in 2018!

  This was our first trip to the Atlantic coast in over 25 years. We loved this condo - plenty of room for family of 4! Nothing like being on the ground floor and walking out your patio door, only 20 steps to the beach! Also loved the ocean views from the dining area and master bedroom. Very well furnished / lots of extras that came in handy (many kitchen appliances, small cooler, beach chairs, spices, extra pillows, etc.). Great to have washer and dryer. Sea Coast Condominiums staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful / complex was clean and looked to be well-maintained. The unit's owner was also very friendly and accommodating. Loved this peaceful beach area! Hope to return in the future!
