  Our condo was very nice overall, we enjoy the whole month of April, 2024. Lots of repairs going on, new sun deck being replaced from Hurricane and stairs to the beach not useable.

Convenient to shopping right across the street and if walking the beach isn’t possible, there are many places to enjoy a walk nearby. People are friendly and helpful too.   The view from this condo is wonderful! I’ve sat and watched dolphins swim past, and enjoyed the peaceful mornings often. The private beach is a great plus especially in these covid times

  Though this year I’m a bit more careful due to covid being around, I’m finding it very easy to enjoy my time here as I always do,,I really like the view from this unit and I watch for the dolphins to swim by from my patio,,The staff here is great! Friendly and helpful. The grounds are well taken care of and this unit is very comfortable
  I’d certainly recommend Sea Coast to anyone looking for time by the ocean

  This is a very nice unit, well stocked with a great view. I’ve been coming here for many years and the staff are terrific, always making me feel like part of a family. This was the difficult time for all of us as the Coronavirus hit our country,,the staff at Seacoast handled the situation very professionally and I certainly plan to be back there again

  the property was great. I wish the office was better staffed or not so strict on visitor bracelets. Many times we would go to the office during office hours to find no one there and then security was less than accommodating about lack of bracelets.
